Cecilia is a Regulatory Advisor in our telecoms team, providing advice on issues of UK and European Union law, competition law and telecommunications law.

“I’ve worked at Wiggin since qualifying as a lawyer in Scotland in early 2022. I provide strategic and practical advice to telecoms operators when introducing new services, assessing risk and potential challenges, particularly on the deployment of new technologies such as connected cars, drones and satellites.

I also lead a global regulatory monitoring project for one of our major clients, engaging with local counsel from all over the world and identifying key regulatory issues in a variety of areas including telecoms, data protection, asset protection, employment, artificial intelligence and ESG. This experience has allowed me to take very useful knowledge and connections into subsequent projects, ensuring all our clients benefit from the learnings made.”
