The Women of Wiggin female affinity group focuses on supporting female employees across the firm as well as raising awareness, both internally and externally, of issues affecting women.
Our work is chosen to reflect the firm’s efforts to support each other, our clients and our communities through mentoring, networking and training.
Lean In Circles
Our Lean In Circles initiative brings together women from across the firm to share peer-to-peer support, advice and mentorship. The programme provides the opportunity for participants to find their commonalities regardless of role or seniority.
Network
Women of Wiggin holds a range of networking events each year, providing fee earners at all stages of their career the opportunity to meet with like-minded peers and build their professional network.
Training & awareness
We host a range of events to raise awareness around issues facing women and introduce skills necessary to promote equity at the firm and beyond. Issues range from women’s health to bias in AI to the challenges faced by working parents.
