Lorik is a senior regulatory advisor in the telecoms industry, with over 4 years of in-house experience at CityFibre. He has extensive knowledge of regulatory strategy and policy development as well as a deep practical understanding of engagement with Ofcom and the market review process.

I have extensive experience of regulatory reporting and compliance including developing internal processes, risk assessing the policy implications of compliance and managing relationships with regulators.

I’ve also worked and developed economic analysis and financial models to support the aforementioned policy work and company’s legal appeals. As an example, I co-authored a company’s policy and economic asks for Ofcom’s Wholesale Fixed Telecoms Market Review (WFTMR), utilising the quant produced from the economic and financial models I built.”
