Katharine Hepburn

Katharine is an associate in the Intellectual Property group and acts for a variety of clients on contentious matters. She joined Wiggin in 2016.

“I advise clients on a range of contentious issues across a variety of intellectual property rights including copyright, trade marks, passing off and designs. I have experience in dispute resolution in the courts (including High Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court hearings), out of court and before other forums such the UKIPO and domain name dispute forums.’’

Katharine completed the Oxford University Postgraduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Law and Practice in 2019. Katharine has been named as a “Rising Star” by Managing Intellectual Property twice and has contributed a number of articles to intellectual property publications including Entertainment Law Review and IP Magazine. She is a member of AIPPI and IPSoc.
