Sinclaire is a dual-qualified intellectual property litigator with significant multi-jurisdictional advisory and trial experience.

“I act for clients across a range of industries in contentious intellectual property matters, with a focus on copyright and patent law.

Having practised in both the UK and US, I always seek to bring a global perspective to my advice and have significant experience developing, coordinating, and executing multi-jurisdictional enforcement and defence strategies. I have litigated and brought to trial cases in the High Court and Court of Appeal, as well proceedings before the UKIPO and EUIPO.”

Prior to joining Wiggin, Sinclaire worked at leading international firms in New York and London. She holds a Juris Doctor from Columbia University, a Master of Laws (Intellectual Property) from the London School of Economics, and a Postgraduate Diploma (Intellectual Property Law and Practice) from Oxford University. Sinclaire also holds a Bachelor’s Degree (History of Art) from Yale University and a Master of Liberal Arts (Museum Studies) from Harvard University.

Sinclaire has published a number of articles on the intersection of intellectual property law and cultural industries. She is member of AIPPI and IPSoc.
