Olivia has a broad intellectual property practice, advising clients on a range of matters covering copyright, trade marks, designs, patents and passing off. Olivia joined Wiggin in 2016 after training at an international City firm.

“My contentious experience includes having acted in litigation before the High Court, Intellectual Property Enterprise Court and Supreme Court, as well as in contested registry proceedings before the UKIPO and EUIPO. I have a particular specialism in online rights protection and enforcement.

I hold the Oxford University Postgraduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Law and Practice. I am also a member of the AIPPI and IPSoc, and have contributed to a number of publications including Entertainment Law Review and Intellectual Property Magazine.”
