Christina is a solicitor in the Digital Commerce team.

“I advise clients on the full range of matters handled by our Digital Commerce team – from negotiating commercial deals for businesses across the media and technology sectors to helping clients navigate the opportunities and challenges presented by AI and data-driven technologies, as well as fast-changing regulatory frameworks around data privacy, consumer law and advertising.

I trained at Wiggin, where in addition to Digital Commerce, I completed seats in our Intellectual Property and Corporate teams, giving me a well-rounded perspective across the firm’s core practice areas. In the IP team, I gained hands-on experience in trade mark disputes, brand protection, and copyright matters—work that sharpened my eye for how creative rights are enforced and defended in practice. My time in the Corporate team saw me involved in acquisitions and investment deals across the media, technology, and betting and gaming sectors, where I developed a strong understanding of the commercial and transactional dynamics that shape our clients’ businesses.

I also spent six months on secondment with the in-house Litigation team of a major organisation in the creative industries, which deepened my appreciation of what clients need from their external lawyers and how legal advice fits within the broader commercial picture.

Prior to joining Wiggin, I trained as a classical musician and worked as a media composer, creating music for a wide range of projects, including film, documentary, animation, video games, advertising, and theatre. This background gives me a genuine understanding of the creative industries we serve and the distinct commercial pressures our clients face—from protecting their content and data to bringing their products to market.”
