Under Article 83 of the DSA, the Commission can adopt implementing acts on the practical arrangements for proceedings pursuant to Articles 69 (Power to conduct investigations) and 72 (Monitoring actions), as well as the hearings and negotiated disclosure of information provided for in Article 79 (Right to be heard and access to the file).
