Shaun Lowde

Shaun is a partner in the firm’s technology group. His practice focusses on commercial transactions and strategic advice for a wide range of technology suppliers and users. He is particularly well known for his work in:

  • technology infrastructure deals
  • technology outsourcing arrangements
  • innovative technologies (where he has been involved with numerous world technology ‘firsts’) and
  • investment in technology (work for early stage businesses, incubators and accelerators and investors)


  • Recent Experience

    • Negotiating an agreement for the supply of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools for the merchandising arm of a national newspaper publisher;
    • Drafting an agreement for, and advising upon the regulatory aspects of, the manufacture of set top boxes for a new global provider of streamed TV content;
    • Advising upon the technical and strategic aspects of an IT services outsourcing agreement for a national higher education services provider;
    • Drafting an agreement for and advising upon the technical aspect of the manufacture and distribution of content specific set top boxes for the transmission of DTT television services for a large Middle Eastern broadcaster
    • Advising the provider of financial services software upon its contracts with a number of high street banks
