Ciaran is a partner in the Corporate group. He advises clients across the technology and media sectors on a broad range of domestic and cross-border corporate transactions. Ciaran has particular experience in the Technology, TV and Digital Media sectors, acting for leading companies, investors and entrepreneurs on M&A and strategic investments. Ciaran leads Wiggin’s high-growth technology group which is the legal partner to the Microsoft Accelerator, Wayra (Telefonica) and Cisco Entrepreneur in Residence programmes in London.
