Joelle is a litigation and disputes lawyer, with experience handling a wide range of commercial issues.

“I represent clients in various sectors, most commonly betting and gaming, film, publishing and journalism.

I have experience acting on litigation in the High Court and Court of Appeal but understand it is often preferable to settle disputes before they reach this point. I have assisted clients to settle claims through correspondence, without prejudice meetings and in formal mediations. I understand that litigation can be time-consuming. I aim to take on as much of this burden as possible so that you can focus on the day-to-day running of your business.

Before I joined Wiggin, I trained at Burges Salmon where I worked on a wide range of commercial disputes.”
