Georgina is a tax specialist who primarily works with media and technology companies.

“I advise clients on a broad range of corporate tax matters, including share and asset sales and purchases, corporate restructurings, employment-related tax issues and domestic and international tax advisory work.

I act for public and private companies, start-ups, founders and private investors, predominantly in the media and technology sectors.

I have experience working across a wide range of commercial transactions. Prior to joining Wiggin, I was an associate in the corporate tax team at Withers. I was previously an associate in the tax team at Travers Smith and trained and qualified at Eversheds Sutherland.”
