Nagia Paraschou

Nagia is an associate within Wiggin’s data protection team. She advises on all aspects of data protection compliance and has most recently advised on data protection impact assessments and contractual terms relating to data protection.

Nagia has experience with data subject access requests and the development of records of processing activities within the scope of privacy engagements. She has also worked on matters involving the review of data retention and deletion guidelines and the drafting of privacy notices.

During her training contract she completed two seats in trade finance with the London office of an American law firm, before completing a seat with each of the Office of General Counsel and the data protection team of a global consulting firm.

Nagia obtained prizes awarded on academic excellence in all three years of the LLB and received various awards, including the Martin Dockray Prize for Best Part II student and the Ede & Ravenscroft Prize when she obtained the highest mark in her class. She completed the LPC and accompanying LLM in Professional Legal Practice on a full fee postgraduate scholarship awarded on academic merit. Nagia is fluent in Greek.
