Georgina is an associate in the Intellectual Property Litigation group. She advises clients in the Life Sciences, Retail & Consumer and Media sectors on primarily contentious IP matters covering patents, designs, copyright, trade marks and passing off. Georgie has experience of litigation in the IPEC, High Court and Court of Appeal as well as having extensive experience of co-ordinating multi-jurisdictional litigation.
Prior to joining Wiggin, Georgie worked at Bird & Bird LLP in their IP department and spent several years working on a wide variety of contentious and non-contentious matters, with a particular focus on litigation in relation to patents and designs. Georgie also completed a part-time virtual secondment for a company in the chemical and renewable energy sector working on commercial and transactional IP matters.
Georgie completed the Oxford University Postgraduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Law and Practice in 2017.
