Wiggin publishes its response to IPO Consultation on Implementation of EU Trade Mark Directive 2015

On Monday 19th February, the UK Intellectual Property Office (“IPO“) published its consultation on the implementation of the EU Trade Mark Directive 2015, which is required to be integrated into UK law by 14th January 2019.

The government sought views of interested parties on the draft statutory instrument along with issues that are of particular interest to businesses, trade mark attorneys and other stakeholders regarding implementation.
