The PSA is consulting on a minor change to service-specific Requirements in section 3.13 of the new Code 15, which comes into force on 5 April 2022.

Following the publication of its final statement and Code 15 on 20 October 2021, the PSA says that several industry members involved in broadcast competitions and voting phone-paid services informed the PSA that they will not be able to implement service-specific Requirement 3.13.3 because it requires them to know when a competition entry or vote is sent, which is not possible.

The PSA accepted that minor clarificatory changes to these service-specific Requirements were needed and it is now consulting on those minor changes. The closing date for responses is 23 February 2022. To access the consultation, click here.
