Ofcom has published a consultation on making minor amendments to the drafting of the Electronic Communications (Universal Service) (Costs) Regulations 2020. The amendments would correct minor errors that have been identified in certain references and terminology, and would not affect the rules and procedures for assessing funding requests or the specifications or eligibility criteria for the universal service.
