Bethan is a senior commercial lawyer with experience of advising clients across the sports, telecoms, media, digital infrastructure and betting and gaming sectors.

“Many of the sectors our clients operate in have issues that are technical, complex, and cross-jurisdictional and that can only truly be understood when you’ve worked in them day-in-day-out. I use my experience, built on nearly five years in-house, to get to grips with the nuances of my clients’ businesses and to provide commercial advice that goes beyond the purely legal.

I understand the pressures that in-house teams face and pride myself on building long-term relationships to help ease the burden. I take the time to really get to know my clients so I can better understand their needs and produce advice that’s tailored to their requirements.

I advise a wide range of clients, including regulated businesses such as telecoms companies and betting and gaming brands. My work ranges from digital infrastructure to the acquisition, licensing and distribution of content, along with complex regulatory issues across Wiggin’s core sectors.
