The PSA has published its Business Plan and Budget for 2019/20, following consultation and formal approval by Ofcom. The Plan sets out the range of activities that the regulator will undertake towards achieving its vision and mission.

The full formal consultation process was undertaken between 13 December 2018 and 25 January 2019.
