Indies are a crucial part of the games industry.

Over the past decade, we’ve had the privilege to support some of the UK and Europe’s leading indie developers, publishers, UGC teams and tech creators. But we want to do more.

That’s why we’ve created Wig-Indies, an initiative all about our long-running commitment to supporting the incredible new studios of tomorrow. This includes developers, publishers, UGC creators, tech businesses and more.

What do we offer indies?

Each week we’re offering a minimum of 6 x 30 mins drop-in / consultation sessions. Completely free, no strings attached. You can book a slot here.

We offer specialist indie packages for the core legal documents you’ll need to start a games studio (contractor agreements, NDAs etc) and fixed fees wherever possible to give you transparency and control over legal costs.

We help you plan ahead, avoid common pitfalls, and prioritise and tackle those that do come up in a way that makes sense for indies.

Access to our expansive network of other industry experts (game scouts, publishers, angels, investors etc) and service providers (accountants, insurers, auditors etc).

We live the industry, and love and actually play games. So you don’t have to explain to us what MOBAs, battlepasses and hard currencies are or what peer-to-peer means.

This is just the start. We plan to grow our offering and we’d love to hear your ideas on what other support / resources you'd find useful.

What some of our indie clients say

Smart, professional and easy to work with. Wiggin fulfils all our needs as an independent games studio - swiftly answering all our tricky questions, and in the process helping us with all the stupid ones too.
Working with lawyers can often be time-consuming, expensive and tedious. Wiggin are none of those things - we love working with the team there and are very grateful for their continued, excellent work.
Wiggin has been a great legal resource, but also a great business development resource! As first time business owners, we often identify a problem, but don't know the best way to fix it.
We’ve worked with Wiggin on several topics over the past few years and appreciate their practical approach and the simplified explanations of complex subjects, helping us to focus on our core business.
