The PSA is undertaking a comprehensive review of its regulatory approach, following the recent introduction of its new strategic purpose (see item above).

The review of the PSA Code of Practice will be wide-ranging and include areas such as:

  • the PSA’s powers;
  • consumer refunds and redress; and
  • standards for the market.
