The Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy is seeking views on the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013 and whether their objectives have been achieved.

The Government is required to review and report on the requirements of the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013.

The Government is seeking views on:

• the requirements imposed by the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013 and how they are working in practice;
• whether the intended objectives have been achieved; and
• further views on the wider context.

The consultation closes at 11:45pm on 1 May 2019.
