Sarah provides commercial and regulatory advice across a range of media industry sectors, with a focus on advertising and content distribution.
Working for a number of global brands creating, marketing and distributing content across all platforms, Sarah not only understands the needs of clients in the business of developing and acquiring content, but also the complexities surrounding its exploitation and promotion. Sarah also advises on the technical arrangements required for the launch, hosting and operation of a range of media and online services.
During her time at Wiggin, Sarah has spent time working as Legal Counsel at Manchester United Football Club where she was involved in a range of commercial sports arrangements, including sponsorship, licensing and media distribution. In addition, Sarah has been seconded to The Walt Disney Company, Virgin Media, Mercury Records (Universal Music Group) and the BRIT Awards; this allows Sarah to advise with a genuine understanding of the client viewpoint.
