The Court and Tribunals Judiciary has published the latest version of the Court of Appeal (Civil Division) Guide.
The Guide provides comprehensive advice to parties and their legal representatives of the process for (i) issuing and pursuing an application for permission to appeal, and (ii) pursuing an appeal itself in the Court of Appeal.
The Guide reflects Part 52 of the Civil Procedure Rules and Practice Direction 52C and covers everything from CE-filing, time limits, and court fees, to whether permission to appeal is necessary, ancillary application, and details about the Court of Appeal Mediation Scheme.
