We’re delighted to announce that we advised leading B2B live casino solution provider Evolution on its acquisition of the Livespins business.

The Wiggin team was led by Corporate Partner, Ben Whitelock who was primarily supported by Corporate associates, Clemency Barrett and Sam Cheong. The Gambling team co-head Steve Ketteley led on the regulatory aspects of the deal, assisted by Oliver Tenzer.

This is the latest in a series of transactions we’ve advised Evolution on including the acquisitions of NoLimit City, Big Time Gaming, DigiWheel and Ezugi.

Founded in 2006, Evolution develops, produces, markets and licences fully integrated B2B live Casino solutions to gaming operators.

Livespins is a B2B social streaming game provider that integrates into an operator’s casino lobby via API, allowing multiple players to place a bet to team up and “bet behind” the streamer for a chance to win together. If the streamer wins, the players win too, in what is an exciting shared experience.

Wiggin’s Corporate practice has been involved in many of the most significant deals in the online gambling sector in recent years. The firm’s award-winning Betting & Gaming team advises leading sector stakeholders on commercial and regulatory mandates on both UK and international matters.
