We’re delighted to have advised leading B2B live casino solution provider Evolution on its acquisition of NoLimit City for a total consideration of up to EUR 340 million. The deal strengthens Evolution’s strategic position as it works to become the world’s number one provider of digital casino games.

Corporate partner Ben Whitelock led a cross-department team and was assisted by Benjamin Simon and Clemency Barrett. Gambling team co-head Steve Ketteley led on the regulatory aspects of the deal, assisted by Oliver Tenzer.

This is the latest in a series of transactions we’ve advised Evolution on including the acquisitions of Big Time Gaming, DigiWheel and Ezugi.
