“As a dual employment and immigration specialist, I support businesses and individuals across the full lifecycle of the employment relationship – from workforce mobility considerations through to employee disputes and exits.

My recent experience includes employment tribunal litigation, drafting and negotiating service agreements, negotiating severances and settlement agreements, advising on the employment aspects of corporate and commercial transactions, handling data protection queries and advising on business immigration.

I enjoy building strong relationships with my clients and getting to know the unique commercial drivers of the companies I work with. Having spent considerable time working in-house, I understand the importance of delivering practical, commercially-minded solutions to complex situations.

Prior to joining Wiggin in August 2023, I worked at Bird & Bird where I enjoyed secondments to a global media organisation, a UK copyright collection society and an online entertainment business.”
