In addition to advising on both buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions, I regularly advise on shareholder agreements, capital restructurings, corporate governance, shareholder issues, fund raisings, employee share schemes, group restructurings, partnership agreements and joint ventures as well as more general advisory work.

Whether it is helping a small start-up with its first investment, a company in a growth phase acquiring complementary or value adding businesses or negotiating a sale to a private equity fund, I work with clients to understand what is really important to them, to help them separate the “signal from the noise” and to allow them to focus on key decision making.”
