Sunniva Hansson has contributed to the recently published book, “The AI Revolution: the International Legal Perspective” for the International Association of Entertainment Lawyers.

The use of AI in the entertainment industry is widespread. Many within the sector are concerned about unauthorised use of their works to train AI models and systems. Sunniva’s chapter focuses on how the EU Artificial Intelligence Act may address some of these concerns whilst highlighting some of the questions that remain unanswered.
