“I work on a wide range of commercial disputes, with a particular focus on the media and entertainment sectors. I advise clients from early‑stage risk management and pre‑emptive advice through to complex dispute resolution, with significant experience in the High Court and Court of Appeal.
Much of my work involves real‑time public interest considerations. I regularly advise major news media organisations on content protection and publishing‑related issues, alongside a broader range of disputes and advisory matters including everything from contract to copyright, representing clients spanning Wiggin’s key sectors.
I support clients through all stages of litigation and work closely with them to identify efficient, commercial and constructive routes to resolution wherever possible.”
