Development

The Women of Wiggin focuses on supporting women across the firm as well as raising awareness of gender-based issues, both internally and externally.

Our work is chosen to reflect the firm’s efforts to support each other, our clients and our communities through mentoring, networking and training.

A key element of the Women of Wiggin’s mentoring efforts is its Lean In Circle programme, designed to give women across the firm the opportunity to share invaluable peer-to-peer support, advice and mentorship irrespective of their role in the firm or their personal circumstances. The programme is designed to provide women from different practice groups, professional services and seniority levels the opportunity to find their commonalities and share in pushing each other to Lean In to their goals.

Women of Wiggin hold a range of networking events each year, providing fee earners at all stages of their career the opportunity to meet with like-minded peers and build their professional network.

We host a range of internal and external events to raise awareness around issues facing women and introduce skills necessary to promote equity at the firm and beyond. Issues range from women’s health to bias in AI to challenges faces by working parents. This training is open to everyone at the firm, and at times to clients as well.
