  • Recent Experience

    • The negotiation of a conditional Agreement and multimillion pound long term Lease of Studio Space and office HQ in Central London on behalf of an overseas TV channel broadcaster, with full fit out. The acquisition deal was linked to our client’s forced re-location from their existing UK premises which were being re-developed and therefore involved a delicate balancing act and synchronicity of timeframes between two separate property projects to ensure no interruption in their transmission services.
    • The legal requirements in support of the relocation of our client’s London HQ to newly instructed ‘state-of-the-art’ facilities at 10 Hammersmith Grove. Working closely with UKTV‘s project management team Matt led the deal from start (heads of terms) to finish (Agreement, Supplemental Agreement and leases of three separate floors), including the client’s substantial fit-out works with Category A works on behalf of the Landlord/Developer to accelerate the build programme.
