Wiggin, one of the UK’s leading media law firms has advised Passion Distribution Limited on its acquisition by The Tinopolis Group.

Passion is a leading international television distribution company, working with high profile networks including Discovery, Sundance Channel, OWN (The Oprah Winfrey Network), the Weather Channel and Scripps Networks International. It is responsible for the distribution of a range of hit TV shows, such as Iron Men, Big Fat Family Challenge and Cupcake Wars.

Tinopolis is an international content producer and distributor and this deal will enable Passion to further expand its distribution business using Tinopolis’ IP rights worldwide.
