ISBA responds to appointments of new Culture Secretary and Business Secretary.

ISBA, which calls itself “the voice of British advertisers”, has welcomed the appointment of Karen Bradley MP as Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport, and Greg Clark MP as Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy.

Ian Twinn, ISBA’s Director of Public Affairs, said: “Advertising and the wider creative and media industries are really significant employers, tax payers and earners for the UK economy.  Our positive attitude to business in the UK is founded on a climate that encourages innovation and the ability to advertise is key to the UK’s success in a post EU world.  ISBA looks forward to working closely with our new cabinet ministers Karen Bradley and Greg Clark”.
