The Gambling Commission has published its responses to the recent consultation on anti-money laundering requirements as they apply to non-remote and remote casinos. The response can be accessed here.

As a consequence of the consultation, the Commission has also published updated guidance, which can be accessed here.

The changes reflect the UK’s implementation of the Money Laundering Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017 and the Criminal Finances Act 2017.
