Amali is a partner in the litigation and publishing teams. Her expertise includes defamation, privacy/breach of confidence, data protection, copyright, passing off and contempt of court, as well as a wide range of commercial disputes. In addition Amali has well-respected experience within the television sector, in particular pre-publication legalling of television programmes, defending regulatory investigations and advising on premium rate services.
