Jennifer has a particular focus on digital publishing with experience of anti-piracy litigation. In 2010 she completed a 12-month secondment to the IFPI (International Federation of the Phonographic Industry), working in its in-house litigation team representing the recording industry worldwide. Before qualifying Jennifer worked in magazine publishing, co-founding and running an independent publishing company. |

Antonia provides commercial and regulatory advice in relation to a range of broadcasting and publishing issues such as the launch and hosting of online and media services, content distribution, advertising, technology and global broadcasting regulations. Antonia also advises on intellectual property rights, including privacy, data privacy, copyright and trademarks. |

Having been seconded to the BPI (British Recorded Music Industry) for six months, she gained invaluable experience of rights protection in a music industry context. Rachel was heavily involved in the Newzbin litigation in 2010, acting on behalf of the major Hollywood studios. More recently Rachel has acted for MPA, BPI and the Premier League in their intervention in judicial review proceedings brought by BT and TalkTalk in relation to the Digital Economy Act 2010. |

He has nine years' experience advising on libel and privacy and his expertise extends to copyright and trade mark infringement, passing off, domain name disputes, media contract disputes and complex commercial litigation. Phil holds the Practitioner Certificate in Data Protection, as one of only five candidates achieving a ‘pass with distinction’. |

He has particular expertise in advising on employment status and drafting bespoke contractual documentation for the wide range of individuals (senior executives, key talent and freelancers) engaged by media companies, advising on media related employment tax issues, planning and managing exit arrangements and drafting and negotiating TUPE related business transfers and outsourcing arrangements. Chris has completed secondments to the BPI (British Recorded Music Industry) and NBC Universal. Gurminder advises media and technology clients on all aspects of brand, content and technology acquisition, protection and exploitation. He has particular expertise in advising on intellectual property matters (including trade marks and copyright). Gurminder was seconded to BT Vision to work with the content acquisition team in the lead-up to the commercial launch of the video-on-demand service in 2007. Gurminder leads Wiggin’s trade mark filing team alongside consultant Laurel McBray, and is an Allied Member of the Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys (ITMA).
