Charity:
The firm encourages all partners and staff to give something back, whether by way of time, effort or financial contribution. In this respect, we have a policy that gives additional leave to those wishing to undertake charitable activities and supports the efforts made by individuals by matching every penny raised.

Diversity:
We strongly value diversity in the workplace and want to create an environment in which everyone has the opportunity to join us, develop with us and fulfil their full potential whatever their age, gender, ethnicity, religion or nationality.

People:
Our commitment to the people who work at Wiggin and to those who could potentially work with us forms a core aspect of our corporate responsibility initiatives.
Our objective is to attract and retain the most talented people to whom we aim to provide rewarding careers and a supportive working environment.
Environmental:
Wiggin is committed to reducing the impact of its operations on the environment through active waste and energy management. Simple measures include staff education run alongside switch off campaigns, as well as the introduction of a salary sacrifice cycle to work scheme, the use of recycled stationery and working with other tenants and the local council to recycle as much paper, cardboard, glass and plastic as possible.

Pro bono:
We enjoy a unique position in the media law sector and strive to apply our knowledge and experience to benefit those individuals and organisations who are often in the early days of start up or who are unable to pay our fees.  These activities include representing emerging filmmakers on a purely contingent basis and contributing to the media industry by advising BAFTA, the British Independent Film Awards, the Raindance Festival and the International Screenwriters Festival on a pro bono basis.
